How to Sell at Gamagora

Consignment

Gamagora has Oregon’s largest selection of used board games—thanks to our amazing local sellers! Our shelves are always changing, packed with everything from epic strategy titles to family favorites. You’ll also find pre-owned graphic novels, books, puzzles, and role-playing games.

Looking to downsize your collection, make space for new favorites, or share the games you love? We can help you sell them for store credit and keep them in the hands of fellow geeks who’ll appreciate them just as much.

How it Works

Step 1: Fill Out the Form

Use the form found here to submit up to five items (once those are processed, you can submit more—just leave a note if you have additional items).

Items must be in good condition and have no missing pieces.

Include relevant details in the notes section, such as:

  • If the game is sleeved
  • If graphic novel trades should be sold as a set
  • If it’s a Kickstarter Exclusive
  • If there are expansions included

Set your profit amount and sale price from the dropdown menu. If you want to price an item higher than the options allow, just leave a note and we’ll review it.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Please do NOT bring your items in until we confirm.

We will review your submission to check for:

  • Duplicate titles (we don’t want too many copies of the same item at a time).
  • Pricing adjustments to keep things competitive.
  • Available shelf space in our store.

Once approved, you’ll receive a text notification letting you know when to bring your items in.

Step 3: Bring in Your Items

Once you receive a text confirmation, bring your approved items to the store. We’ll review them with you and have you sign a receipt authorizing us to sell them.

Processing usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the number of submissions and how many components need counting.

During processing, we will:

  • Verify completeness and condition
  • Shrink-wrap for protection
  • Price your items
  • Add them to our retail shelves for sale

Step 4: Earn Store Credit When Your Items Sell

We update consignment sales accounts once a week. If any of your items have sold, we’ll send you a text and add store credit to your account. Store credit can be used toward anything in the store—including gift certificates.

What If My Items Don’t Sell?

  • After 3 months: We’ll text you to ask if you’d like to lower the price (by at least one level) or pick it up.
  • After 6 months: If we need the space and the item is still unsold, we’ll send you a final pickup notice.
